Casearia Cioffi was opened in 1942 by La Marca Gennaro and the 'milk art' has been passed on for four generations of La Marca family. Everything started when the grandfather Giuseppe started chopping the first buffalo mozzarellas with his hands.
The milk is one of the finest in the world and comes from buffalos of Sele Plain, which is the natural environment for these animals. The exceptional taste and the ease of digest of mozzarella are the same as when the first producers started selling it along the streets from Salerno to Paestum. Today they are a very demanded product in every house.
